a mixed stay, but not what i expected
The staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival, addressing my concerns even though they couldn't fulfill all requests. The check-in process was smooth, allowing me to settle in quickly despite the challenges I faced.
The room had a persistent unpleasant odor that clouded my overall experience.

would definitely recommend for a two-day stay
Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access to the nearby airport and a pleasant bar area that offered a decent selection of drinks.
Nothing to improve on.

Not what I expected
I stayed for 2 nights in a Budget Twin Room and honestly, it was pretty rough. The room had this awful smell, and when I asked to switch, they just handed me air freshener. The staff were nice tho, and the bar area was okay. Parking was a pain too, barely any spaces, so that added to the frustration.

great base for exploring parks and football stadiums
During my stay, i loved how convenient it was to walk to small heath park, where i enjoyed a relaxing stroll, and i was thrilled to be only about 2 km from birmingham city football club, making it easy to catch a game. the room was clean, quiet, and very modern, which made my stay even better.

Recommend it for those on a budget
The room was surprisingly spacious and ultra-clean, I mean, you wouldn’t expect that for the price. Efficient & easy check-in, and I barely even had to lift a finger. The wifi was solid. I got some work done without interruption. Plus, they have free on-site parking, that really helps!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The noise from the bar was quite disruptive, especially late at night!!! Inconsistently clean bathrooms and rooms left a lot to be desired, making the stay less enjoyable than expected!!!
